This strawberry sauce is great for topping Homemade Yogurt, Almond Flour Pancakes or adding to some sparkling water for a refreshing & healthy drink!

Ingredients:

500 g frozen strawberries
375 ml water
100 ml

honey

Instructions:

In a saucepan combine the strawberries and water over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, and cook, stirring frequently for about 15 minutes. The strawberries will begin to break down on their own.
Add honey, cook for another 5 minutes. If you find that the sauce is not sweet enough to your taste you can add a bit more honey. Use less, if it is too sweet.

Bestandele:

500 g bevrore aarbeie
375 ml water
100ml heuning

Aanwysings:

In 'n kastrol meng die aarbeie en water oor medium hoë hitte. Bring tot kookpunt en kook, roer gereeld vir sowat 15 minute. Die aarbeie sal begin op hul eie af te breek.
Voeg heuning by, kook vir nog 5 minute. As jy vind dat die sous nie soet genoeg is nie kan jy 'n bietjie meer heuning byvoeg. Gebruik minder as dit vir jou te soet is.
